We are a Mother & Daughter team of self taught bakers.
We operate out of two homes on the west side of Cincinnati.
Custom order requests will be provided a quote (via email) with pricing/booking deposit information & the link to our order form.
Once an order form is submitted, we will process a request for the booking deposit through the payment method that is chosen on the order form.
-Your order/event date will not be guaranteed until you have submitted an order form and have paid the booking deposit-
-Booking Deposits are Non-Refundable
-Booking deposits are due within 12 hours of receipt of invoice, payable through PayPal or Venmo Only. (PayPal invoices can be paid with a credit card or debit card & do not require a PayPal account)
- For order totals $50 and less, payment is due in full. All other order totals, $50 minimum deposit up to 50% of the order total (depending on order type and total).
An invoice for the booking deposit will be sent once your order form has been submitted.
-If an extension is needed for the deposit due date, just ask. While we may not be able to accommodate every request, we will try to find a solution that works.
-Unpaid invoices will be cancelled & the hold on our schedule will be released.
-Balance remaining after the booking deposit is due 10 days prior to the scheduled order date.*

-We schedule pickups by appointment on Fridays & Saturdays only.
-We allow a 30 minute grace period for pickups. Failure to pick up an order within the grace period may result your order being rescheduled for a different date/time & may be subject to a late fee ($25)/or an Order Date Change Fee ($50).
Please plan accordingly if you wish to avoid these potential charges.
Once you or your designated party has picked up an order, it is considered "Accepted".
***We cannot assume any liability for orders once they leave our possession***
-Deposits are Non-Refundable.
We schedule orders based on decorator availability for each date.
Cancellations leave a hole in our schedule, which may or may not be filled by another order.
-If an order is cancelled 21 days or more before the event date, up to 75% of your deposit (minus any cost accrued for materials/supplies) may be applied towards a future order that falls within 60 days from the date the deposit was paid.
-If an order is cancelled 20 days or less before the event date, no portion of your deposit will be applied towards a future event.
-Partial Refunds/Credits requested due to decorating style, color shade, or general design will not be honored if the order has left our possession.
Any concerns must be brought to our attention at the time of pick up.
If the order leaves our possession, it is considered accepted.
If concerns are brought to our attention at the time of pick up & a resolution is agreed upon, we will not consider any changes requested after the order has left our possession.
In the event a full refund is requested, the full order must be left with us.
No exceptions.
-Refunds/Credits requested due to the quality of flavor or texture will only be considered once the full product, minus one taster portion, is returned to us for inspection and the product is deemed defective. Product must be returned to us within 24 hours of the original pick up time in order for any refund to be considered. If the item is deemed defective, the amount of refund/credit will be determined by the decorator.
-We will not accept any Order Design Changes (Cake Size, Theme, Design, Accents, Quantities) less than 21 days before the scheduled pick up date.
-If a request to change the Order Pick Up date is submitted to us 20 days or less before the originally scheduled pick up date, there will be a $50 Order Date Change Fee (assuming we have availability on the new requested date).
In the event we do not have availability on the new requested date, you will be required to leave the order as scheduled for the original date, OR review our schedule of availability to find our next available date. We will not assume responsibility to reschedule or guarantee the new order date that is requested.
**Every order is unique and subject to our artistic interpretation of the design submitted to us. We make no claims for duplication of any designs submitted to us.
